Thought provoking. I must say though the idea of not having compensation tie to performance because it can have bias is flawed IMHO. Address the bias issues, but don't throw the meritocracy baby out with the bathwater.
Eileen's expertise in executive compensation philosophy and process for evaluating was very insightful and rarely discussed outside of the Boardroom.
Excellent topic, and really well presented from a "here are the risks you need to know about and weigh your decisions accordingly" perspective.
Excellent content. Great learning for me.
